Start of a Semester

Tasks to be completed before the start of an academic session (For both UG & PG)

Odd Semesters (Sem 1-3-5-7)

  • Last date of submission of Semester Fees: Academic Fees, Hostel Rent, Meal Charge and Bus Fare: 31st July.
  • Last date of submission of Antiragging Affidavit for All students (except first year students): 31st July. Go to the menu Anti-ragging Affidavit given in website nscbip.org and follow the instructions. Take the printouts of two affidavits (sent to your email address) and submit to the office every year. Students availing hostel facility should submit a second copy of the same affidavits.
  • Update the Faculty Feedback form provided in the Student’s Dashboard. To enter into your Dashboard you have to Login first. Then click the Faculty Feedback button. You can go directly also by Clicking Here.
  • Without submitting the above fees / documents you will not be registered in the respective Semester.
  • Attendance of 80% (as per PCI guideline) is mandatory for appearing in the Internal and University Examinations.

Even Semesters (Sem 2-4-6-8)

  • Last date of submission of Semester Fees: Academic Fees, Hostel Rent, Meal Charge and Bus Fare: 31st Jan.
  • Update the Faculty Feedback form provided in the Student’s Dashboard. To enter into your Dashboard you have to Login first. Then click the Faculty Feedback button. You can go directly also by Clicking Here.
  • Without submitting the above fees / documents you will not be registered in the respective Semester.
  • Attendance of 80% (as per PCI guideline) is mandatory for appearing in the Internal and University Examinations.
