  8. Domicile Certificate [Original]
  9. Copy of Caste Certificate [if applicable]
  10. Copy of Adhar Card
  11. Passport size photograph – 04 nos. Stamp size photographs – 04 nos.
  12. Anti-ragging Affidavits in Rs. 10/- non-judicial court paper – [Two sets (i) by the Guardian and (ii) by the Student; the format will be provided by our office.]
